Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
Dispatch is usually within 48 hours Monday - Friday but this may be longer during busy periods.
Personalised and Customised orders will be 14 - 21 days.
Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays)
We ship domestically using Royal Mail Tracked services and internationally using DHL courier service.

Europe Shipping from £9.99
Rest of the World Shipping from £22.99
House of Panier is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes or handling fees that your package may incur upon entering its destination country. If you do not pay the fees and the order is returned to us, you will have any charges we had to pay deducted from your refund.
Returns:
We want you to be delighted with your House of Panier purchase, but if you are not, you can return eligible items within our returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused
If you would like to return your item you have 7 days from the date of receipt to contact us with your order number to request the return. Once you receive a return confirmation email from us you will have 5 days to package the item and post it back to us. Proving the item is returned in the same, saleable condition as when it was purchased, you will receive a full refund, minus the cost of postage & packaging.
All customised and personalised products are made to order and therefore not eligible for a refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Contact hello@houseofpanier.co.uk with your order reference number (within the above period) to let us know you will be returning your purchase.
We will respond with confirmation.
Package your order securely and send it back to the address provided in your return confirmation.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your delivery makes it back to us safely and securely. Please retain your proof of postage.
Your order will be refunded once the returned product is received and checked. Postage is non refundable
Please note, as the customer you are responsible for the safe return of the product to House of Panier. Therefore you are liable for any mishandling of the product and damage caused from receiving the product to it being received back to us.
Our returns policy applies to all products on our website except for Customised, Personalised and Sale pieces which are sold as seen and all sales are final
Placing An Order
All our bags are handmade in small batches. This is to reduce any waste and ensure our skilled artisans are paid fairly.
Some designs will be restocked and available on pre-order but this is not guaranteed
If you have added a customised or personalised product, you will be prompted to add the required details. Please provide as much information as possible, as it could cause delays if we need to contact you.
If you have any difficulty placing your order online, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Personalisation
House of Panier baskets bags are individually handmade making no two the same.
To make them even more unique, selected House of Panier basket bags can be personalised.
Available personalisation includes adding an initial, monograming or a name.
Selected House of Panier basket bags can also be customised.
Available customisation includes choice of colour embroidery, leather handles and different trims.

How To Look After Your Basket
Your basket needs love and attention to keep it in top shape.
Keep it stored out of direct sunlight and in either the cotton tote bag provided or a pillowcase
Use a soft bristle brush to clean any dirt or dust off the palm leaves and reed
Use a damp cloth to dab clean marks. Do not soak!
